The service
QuoteFiber.com is operated by New Vision Technology Group, Inc. (“NVTG,” “we,” “us”). We are a carrier-neutral procurement service. When you submit a request, we gather pricing and availability for business connectivity (such as enterprise fiber, dedicated internet access, IP transit and backup connectivity) from carriers and service providers that can serve your address, normalize what comes back, and present it for comparison. There is no fee to you for using the service.
We are not a carrier or internet service provider. We do not own, operate or resell networks, and we do not deliver the connectivity itself. Any service you order is provided by the carrier you select, under that carrier’s own agreement, pricing, service-level commitments and policies.
Quotes and pricing
Quotes we relay are prepared by carriers based on the information you provide and the carrier’s own records, and they are subject to the carrier’s terms, credit approval, site survey, construction and availability. Quotes are estimates until a carrier issues a signed order or service agreement. We work to present quotes accurately and on a comparable basis, but we do not guarantee that any quote is error-free, that any carrier will honor a quoted price, or that service can be delivered at a given address or on a given timeline.
Our comparisons, recommendations and commentary are informational. They are not legal, financial or engineering advice, and you are responsible for your own decision about which service, if any, to order.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that you are at least 18, that you are requesting quotes on behalf of a business, and that you have authority to do so. You agree to provide accurate information about the service address, the services you need and your contact details, and to update us if it changes. Inaccurate information can produce inaccurate quotes.
You agree not to use the site or service to scrape or harvest data, to submit requests you do not intend in good faith, to interfere with the site’s operation, to misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discontinue any request at our discretion.
Privacy
Fulfilling a quote request means sharing the service address and request details with carriers, and where required, your company and contact information. How we collect, use and share information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, graphics and the QuoteFiber name and mark are owned by NVTG or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Carrier names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify the carriers we quote; their appearance does not imply endorsement of QuoteFiber by any carrier. You may view and print pages for your own business use. Any other use requires our written permission.
Third-party sites and services
The site links to carrier websites and uses third-party services such as analytics and address suggestions. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third-party sites and services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site and the service are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVTG disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and any warranty about the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of quotes, availability information or other content.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NVTG and its officers, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunity, arising out of or related to the site or the service, even if advised of the possibility. NVTG’s total liability for any claim arising out of the site or the service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless NVTG from claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from information you provide, your use of the site or the service, or your breach of these terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms or the service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to their jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at hello@quotefiber.com and make a good-faith effort to resolve the matter informally for 30 days.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms at any time by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend or end access to the site or the service at any time, for any reason, without liability to you.
General
These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and NVTG regarding the site and the service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the service.
